Quality Control Policy

Gulf Catering Company is committed to high standards of system controls that assure the quality and food safety offered to our customers. This is achieved by the implementation and application of strict control and monitoring procedures by our Quality Control department such as:

  • Predetermination of technical specifications of raw materials, selecting the best quality materials and performing proper inspection procedures upon receipt by our quality specialists prior to granting permission for use;  
  • Strict application of HACCP requirements, along with other applicable preventive measures to secure food safety;
  • Empowering the role of quality controllers and production supervisors to  effectively and appropriately monitor the performance during the production in order to proactively controil any potentially undesirable situations;
  • Performing a periodic mandatory lab testing for all production employees.
